Chase Security Access Doors

PSI manufactures a number of chase access doors to securely outfit any jail, prison, courthouse, government center, or other law enforcement facility. The security access panels are necessary prison equipment, to safely and securely pass and access items. PSI makes a number of chase security access doors, all with quality components and assembly, but without higher end pricing.

The CAD-101 chase access door by PSI comes in a range of sizes. Standard measurements are 24” by 24”, 24” by 36”, 24” by 48”, 16” by 36”, and 24” by 60”. Additional sizes for security access doors and any custom equipment are available upon request. Each security access panel is framed with 3” by 2” by 3/16” steel angles on four sides, and cut and notched at each corner to create the square, with four 3/8” mounting holes. The door stop is a 7-gauge formed steel plate, with 1 ¼” flanges on four sides. The doorstop is a 1” by 1” by 1/8” steel angle, recessed so the face of the door fits flush with the angle frame. Two 4” by 4” 10-gauge steel butt hinges with removable pins attach the door to the frame. The chase security access door comes prepped for a detention deadbolt lock, with a concealed bolt receiver. The security access panel is finished with a chemical degreaser and a coat of rust-inhibitive primer.

PSI’s CAD-100 chase access door has a 10-gauge flat steel plate door. The frame has a 2” by 2” by 3/16” steel angle, with four sides cut and notched at each corner to create the square, along with four 3/8” mounting holes. This chase access door has the same finish, locking preparation, doorstop and hinges as the CAD-101, but in this model’s case, the hinges have non-removable pins. Standard size options for the CAD-100 are 12” by 12”, 16” by 16”, 24” by 24”, 30” by 30” and 24” by 36”. Security access panels in custom sizes are also available upon request. Options, with this and other PSI chase security access doors, include mounting with 2” by 6” by 10-gauge steel masonry anchors. There are also additional hinge options, such as piano hinges or 3” by 3” detention hinges. PSI also manufactures security Food Pass Doors.
